Lately I’m inspired by shooting in the moment and then finding the hidden gems later. Letting whoever and whatever I’m seeing through my lens just go without direction from me. I’ll be the first to admit that sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t, but I like the idea of simply being in a moment and allowing it to be too.
So I’m curious. Since this time of year (around here, anyway) is kind of drab and colorless, what’s inspiring you these days? Creatively speaking, I mean?

I am seriously uninspired right now. I am so glad that February is over. I need March and I need spring. Winter gets long here in these parts LOL And I seriously miss trampoline pictures because I LOVE those!
This is an amazing capture. Not a hint of blur to it and yet they are both clearly mid flight. Brilliant

Fabulous shot! I tend to find my inspiration by the moments I don’t ever want to forget. Those are the things that are getting me to pick up my camera.
What a great capture!! Love the colors in the background! I’m feeling a bit uninspired right now … hoping that spring is on its way soon!!!
I love this photo! They look like they’re having so much fun! Thank for the link up
You always take the best action shots!
This is hardly drab and colorless! So much fun and energy in those two:)
Wow, that is some cool picture!
Even though our temps are higher than yours, it’s still drab and colorless. I don’t know why the leaves bother to fall off here, since it seems to me they could survive the winter, but I’m not in charge….
Hmm, what inspires me lately? Baked goods. Wanna come take a picture of my pretty pavlova? Or my shortbread cookies?
Last night I attended a concert by the Mapleton Chorale and the Maple Mountain High School Chamber Singers. Although I expected it to be good, I had no idea how much gorgeous inspiration I would be experiencing from the program. It is a good idea to relish moments and be grateful for the surprises that come to us. The photo is wonderful, and would be difficult to intentionally set up.
This is fabulous!
